We feel that the improvements found in our new online catalogue will allow for a more efficient and user friendly ordering process.
Site Navigation
Looking beyond the cosmetic changes the main improvement to the site is in how you as a customer will navigate to your chosen product.
On the left hand side of all pages you will see the main product categories. When clicking on a popular section such as Endodontic Hand Instruments you will see a central navigation box that is the starting point for narrowing down your selection.
For example, clicking on K Files will narrow down your selection to only show K files, then by clicking on MANI we can narrow it down further until finally we are left with the 3 lengths that are available. At that point a customer can even reduce it down to just one length to make ordering a series of files as simple as possible.
When a customer wants to open up the selection rather than narrowing it down its also very simple – just click once again on the product filter (in red) to deselect that option. We believe this is a very efficient way of quickly navigating between file and other product types.
Add to Favorites
Once a customer is logged into the site and browsing through the products they have 2 options; a straightforward Add to Cart option and a new Add to Favorites option. The purpose of this is again to make the ordering process that much more efficient for our customers.
If there are products that you find you ALWAYS order from Endo/Tech then by adding them to your favorites section you need never go through the repetitive process of adding repeat products on each order you place. Your favorites section is available in the top right hand corner of the website next to the Logout link.
